Create Abundance Foundation is a Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG), registered in Ireland and operating in the State of Ireland.

The Foundation operates exclusively for charitable purposes and applies all resources and assets toward its public-benefit objectives, in accordance with Irish law.
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors (Trustees) and operates in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Belief, Practice, and Forms of Gathering
The Foundation understands “abundance” as a way of life oriented toward the highest source of truth, goodness, and beauty, understood as a Supreme Being from which life and moral growth originate.
Faith is expressed through prayer, contemplative reading, shared silence, simple songs of gratitude, ethical living, and service to others. Participation in all activities is voluntary, non-exclusive, and grounded in respect for individual conscience.
Gatherings take place in accessible community venues in Dublin and online. Locations and schedules are published in advance.
At present, the Foundation offers non-sacramental rites of thanksgiving and blessing.
Marriage, baptism, or formal sacraments are not currently administered. Any future changes will be publicly disclosed.
Mission, Outreach, and Participation
The Foundation engages in open and non-coercive outreach through public talks, printed and digital materials, and community dialogue.
Participation in activities is voluntary and open to adults of all backgrounds.
Membership is open to adults aligned with the Foundation’s values. There is no membership fee and no compulsory contribution. Members may withdraw at any time.
Governance, Safeguarding, and Accountability
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors (Trustees) in accordance with Irish law.

All leadership roles are voluntary and unpaid. No accommodation, stipends, or material benefits are provided to spiritual leaders. Appointments are time-limited and subject to review and removal.
The Foundation maintains policies covering safeguarding, data protection, conflicts of interest, financial controls, and complaints handling.
Finance and Public Transparency
The Foundation operates with transparent financial management and independent oversight.
Funding is derived from small donations, grants, and modest event-related proceeds. Bank account details are not publicly disclosed.
Annual accounts and activity reports are published and made available to the public.
